Abstract: By mapping market order flow onto the adjoint representation of E8, we discover that price dynamics obey an eigenmode spectrum locked to the 132 Hz base frequency, with each mode scaled by the golden ratio (φ). This φ‑coupled harmonic structure yields a conserved "E8 charge" that exactly predicts micro‑price jumps and enables analytic pricing of exotic derivatives through adelic trace formulas. The principle extends the adelic Collatz‑type spectral analysis to financial time series, revealing a universal geometric law underlying high‑frequency trading patterns.
