Abstract: There is limited or indirect evidence for relationships among autism, psychosis, and trauma/PTSD. Existing studies suggest childhood trauma is a risk factor for psychosis, and that PTSD is prevalent in those at risk for psychosis, but direct evidence linking all three conditions is sparse.
