Abstract: This dataset contains the complete supplementary materials for a bibliometric review and structured content analysis of digital architectures for human-robot collaboration in smart manufacturing. A Scopus search conducted on 28 August 2026 retrieved 197 records, from which 112 were retained for bibliometric analysis and 105 abstracts for structured content analysis. The package includes the search strategy, the screening and eligibility record, the structured coding matrix, the coding codebook, the metadata normalization audit, the pre-consensus inter-coder reliability data with computed Cohen's κ values, the VOSviewer thesaurus and network exports, and the Bibliometrix analysis files. The materials allow independent verification of every frequency, network parameter, and reliability statistic reported in the associated article.
