Abstract: Features: OBO 1.4 format support: a lenient-by-default reader and a read/write-round-tripping writer horned-catalog: OASIS XML Catalog support for resolving imports to local, relocated files. horned-macro: write Manchester and Functional Syntax directly in Rust source via omn!/ofn! macros. horned-profile: OWL 2 EL/QL/RL/DL profile conformance checking both library and CLI support. The RDF/XML reader now understands OWL 1 constructs Enhancements: OWL/XML, Manchester, and Functional Syntax writers now prefer the longest (most specific) matching prefix when abbreviating IRIs The RDF writer gained a lax/strict configuration for spec-invalid degenerate axioms (e.g. a single-member DifferentIndividuals), matching real-world OWL API output in lax mode (the default) while allowing strict mode to reject them. The OFN writer now degrades a single-operand ObjectIntersectionOf/ObjectUnionOf to its bare operand rather than emitting unparseable syntax. The Ontology interface is now used more widely replacing SetOntolgy horned CLI exit-code semantics, including the parse-vs-validate incomplete-parse distinction, are now documented. Added CITATION.cff and MAINTAINERS.md. Bugs: Fixed several RDF/XML and OWL/XML writer/reader issues found via round-trip testing against a real-world ontology corpus. RDF/XML and Functional Syntax writers now percent-encode characters that are invalid in an IRI, so ontologies containing them can be written and re-read without data loss.
