Exemplary High Resolution pCASL Data for Reproducing ASL-TGV Image Reconstruction

Abstract: This is the data of one visit of one subject of a high-resolution pCASL dataset. It was originally used in the publication 'High resolution multi-delay arterial spin labeling with self-supervised deep learning denoising for pediatric choroid plexus perfusion MRI' by Shou et al. and is now re-used in an upcoming publication about ASL image reconstruction. This example dataset allows readers to reconstruct example images using a Google Colab or on their own hardware if they have a running BART installation.
