Cell DIVE
Year: 2026
Type: standard
Abstract: Cell DIVE is a highly multiplexed fluorescence imaging assay that enables quantification of more than 60 protein biomarkers within a single, intact fixed tissue section. The workflow consists of iterative cycles of antibody staining, multi-channel fluorescence imaging, and chemical dye inactivation, with each cycle adding additional protein targets to the cumulative dataset. This approach provides high-dimensional, spatially resolved protein expression profiles at single-cell resolution without destroying the tissue.
