Satisfaction and Treatment Burden Among Early Adopters of Long-Acting Injectable Cabotegravir-Rilpivirine With and Without Viremia in Three US Ryan White Clinics
Year: 2026
Type: article
Study design: Observational Study
Abstract: Among underserved people with HIV with a median of one year of long-acting cabotegravir-rilpivirine use, including those starting with viremia due to adherence challenges, we found higher satisfaction and lower treatment burden compared to daily oral ART, although nearly half preferred another dosing modality and/or a longer dosing interval.
