Abstract: Monthly physico-chemical and microbiological data for raw water of the Vrioštica karst spring (Ljubuški, Bosnia and Herzegovina), 2017–2019, and the fully reproducible Python analysis (exceedances of the parametric values of the BiH Rulebook and Directive (EU) 2020/2184, CCME and weighted-arithmetic water quality indices) behind the conference paper submitted to the 35th Agriconference, Sarajevo 2026. Data originate from the doctoral dissertation of M. Bubalo (University of Mostar, 2025); hydrological data courtesy of Agencija za vodno područje Jadranskog mora, Mostar.
