FESS Research Note 21 — I SHALL NOT GRAM (FIX THE FINDING WITHIN A PREDETERMINED REFERENCE GRAMMAR): CORNERSTONEₒ, DEHYBRIDISATION AND THE THREE-BRIDGE BUILDING ECOSYSTEM

Abstract: FESS Research Note 21 is a retrospective endological reading of the research trajectory through which I SHALL NOT GRAM (FIX THE FINDING WITHIN A PREDETERMINED REFERENCE GRAMMAR) became actualised as an epistemic operation. From the perspective of CORNERSTONEₒ, the note returns to philosophical anchor points, the empirical return to the Genesis narrative, the referential guilt grammar, and the emergence of CRIMENₒ as a finding object connecting FESS (Field Endometaphysical Science Series) with FCLS (Field Criminal Law Science Series). The note examines three related operations — I SHALL NOT GRAM, I SHALL NOT HATE, and I SHALL NOT RESPOND, BUT ANSWER — as openings through which dominant epistemic, affective/action and relational positions can be dethroned and configurations become available for DEHYBRIDISATION and VERWEER (DEFENSIVE CAPACITY / SELF-PROTECTION). A Lacanian reading of a provides an additional point of articulation for examining how CARE FOR a, subject formation, positional movement and socioreflexological readability can open interim action where hybridity appears. Within this movement, CRIMENₒ functions as CORNERSTONEₒ in the construction of the THREE-BRIDGE BUILDING ECOSYSTEM, developed through FESS >< FCLS >< FHESS within the TRIAS 3.0 structure. TOUCH traverses this research trajectory through differentiated actualisations: PETRA → TOUCHSTAFF → ROCKₒ → TOUCH → WATEREPISTEMIC SWORD → WORD-IMAGEₒ → TOUCH → OPENING Across these configurations, PETRA DE SUTTER, MOSES touching the rock with the staff, and the EPISTEMIC SWORD touching the WORD-IMAGEₒ make the recurrent finding movement of TOUCH readable. THROUGH TOUCH, ITS FUNCTION APPEARS IN ACTION. The building-site configuration brings POSITION >< COMPETENCE >< FUNCTION, differentiated legislative, executive and independent judicial bridges, and KRINEIN (DISCERNING AND DECIDING WITHIN THE COMPETENT POSITION) into an interim action space. Available building stones can thereby enter the action field, while the unfinished building remains available for further building. The note concludes from the continuing position of the building site: I WILL CONTINUE BUILDING UPON THE CORNERSTONE.
