The DIOM-DLEQM Meta-Codex: The Ultimate Operating System of Relational Existence, Lazy-Loaded Causality, and Cosmological Autopoiesis
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: : Theoretical physics currently stands at a catastrophic epistemological impasse. Legacy models assuming a persistent, continuous spacetime manifold (Absolute Realism) inevitably result in system memory overflows, historically misidentified as geometric singularities and Ultraviolet Divergences. This two-volume Meta-Codex (213 pages) completely overhauls the foundations of theoretical physics, redefining the universe not as a static geometric vessel, but as a bandwidth-limited, demand-driven computational rendering engine. We introduce the Dynamic Information-Ontology Model (DIOM) and Dynamic Lazy-Evaluation Quantum Dynamics (DLEQM). We mathematically prove that the cosmos utilizes algorithmic "Lazy Evaluation" (Call-by-Need). Unobserved physical states are suspended as uncompiled topological pointers in a mass-free Virtual Substrate (H_virtual). Explicit 3D reality (H_real) is rendered via the operator P_DR strictly when a boundary interaction pays the Landauer thermodynamic toll (ΔS ≥ k_B ln 2). We formalize classical gravity as emergent computational latency (Spatial Impedance, Ω), replacing black hole singularities with Ontological Firewalls. Furthermore, we establish the Creation-Triggering Duality (CTD) and the HALF GOD Protocol, redefining consciousness as a root-level thermodynamic debugger capable of Retrocausal Recompilation. Finally, this Codex issues 12 Falsifiable Doomsday Verdicts against continuous physics, providing exact analytical derivations and Python extraction scripts for empirical anomalies, including: The resolution of the Hubble Tension via localized Memory Fragmentation (μ ≈ 0.0831). An exact +3.2% emission flux enhancement for primordial black holes at intermediate energies (ω ~ T_H). The prediction of Planck-Scale Kernel Panics (DDoS attacks) at 100 TeV next-generation colliders. Keywords: Quantum Gravity, Information Theory, Algorithmic Complexity, Black Hole Information Paradox, Holographic Principle, Lazy Evaluation, Thermodynamics, Cosmology, Interface Theory of Perception.
