Abstract: Data repository for "Newborn neurons in the adult hippocampus regulate representational drift in area CA3 and memory plasticity." Computational environment: Python 3, MATLAB 2023a, Windows 10. Dataset: Representative data from 3 mice (IDs: XS149, XS155, XS156) across 4 time points (newborn neuron ages: 4–7 weeks or 8–9 weeks). Each time point contains 3 sessions: a Context A noCLZ baseline, and two post i.p. clozapine injection sessions (Context A CLZ and Context B CLZ). Raw data (2-photon TIFF images and behavioral data) and processed outputs are organized by session in subfolders. Processing pipeline: Imaging and behavioral data aligned via Behavioral data processing.ipynb Raw TIFFs motion-corrected with Suite2p Motion-corrected data denoised with DeepCAD Denoised data reprocessed with Suite2p for motion correction and ROI extraction; ROIs manually inspected via the Suite2p GUI Spatial information computed and place cells classified via Spatially-tuned place cell detection.py Downstream analyses performed with MATLAB scripts in code/Matlab/
