Abstract: The study analyzes semantic and pragmatic features of hate speech in online communication. Examples from online media, social media posts, and user comments containing markers of discrimination, stigmatization, and dehumanization were examined. The main linguistic means of hate speech expression and the specifics of its functioning in digital discourse were identified. It is shown that the online environment contributes to the rapid spread of aggressive statements and the reinforcement of negative social stereotypes.
