Abstract: Experimental Results The resources folder of the Experimental Suite that contains the complete experimental results. 1. Folder Structure ap_experiment_1: Data from parameter tuning for the single-objective assignment problem. ap_experiment_2: Data from performance evaluation for the single-objective assignment problem. ap_generator: Generated assignment problem instances and configuration files for instance generation. moap_experiment_1: Data from parameter tuning for the multi-objective assignment problem. moap_experiment_2: Data from performance evaluation for the multi-objective assignment problem with one objective obfuscated. moap_experiment_3: Data from performance evaluation for the multi-objective assignment problem with two objectives obfuscated. tsp_experiment_1: Data from parameter tuning for the single-objective traveling salesperson problem. tsp_experiment_2: Data from performance evaluation for the single-objective traveling salesperson problem. 2. Subfolder Structure Files and folders within the {ap, moap, tsp}_experiment_1 folders: problems: Problem instances used for optimization. results: Optimization result for each optimization run. solvers: Configuration of the evolutionary algorithm for each optimization run. The file names serve as IDs that correspond to the file names in results. optuna.db: Database created by Optuna during hyperparameter optimization. optuna.log: Log file created by Optuna during hyperparameter optimization. Additional folders within the {ap, moap, tsp}_experiment_{2, 3} folders: insights: Results of the data analysis. statistics: Optimization statistics for each optimization run. The file names serve as IDs that correspond to the file names in results and solvers. The Docker file can be used to re-run experiments from the experimental suite by running 10 Optimizer Docker containers in parallel.
