Abstract: mRNA, thereby coordinately driving EMT and suppressing ferroptosis in OS. Thus, the HNRNPC-MTDH axis constitutes a potential therapeutic target for improving the treatment landscape of OS by simultaneously targeting metastasis and chemotherapy resistance.
