Reference Frame Incommensurability Law (ΩRFIL)

Abstract: This paper establishes The Reference Frame Incommensurability Law (\Omega_{RFIL}). We mathematically prove that system state evaluation is inherently non-absolute and strictly dependent on the reference metric operator deployed by the evaluating medium. By formalizing vector state transformations across heterogeneous reference frames, we demonstrate that identical input dynamic sequences generate divergent output evaluations when projected onto distinct coordinate boundaries (e.g., subjective cyclic routines vs. standardized medium metrics). We prove that this divergence is scale-invariant, linear/non-linear agnostic, and medium-independent across N-node network topologies. The framework is corroborated through 10 cross-domain mathematical theorems and a functional Python computational simulation.
