Abstract: There is no fully described method in the literature for quantifying rezafungin in human plasma or other biological matrices. Most in vivo or clinical studies investigating rezafungin specify only brief analytical methodological details.In our university hospital, we have adapted the ready-to-use commercial kit developed by ChromSystems for therapeutic monitoring of several antifungal agents in plasma for use with rezafungin.This industrial-grade analytical method can be implemented quickly and easily in medical laboratories equipped with a chromatographic system coupled with a tandem mass spectrometer.
