The Latent Foundry: A Deterministic Quantum Semiconductor Foundry Model Architecture
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: The scalability of solid-state quantum processing units is bottlenecked by atomic-scale structural variations, thermal parasitics, and signal interconnect losses. Furthermore, the ingestion of petabyte-scale atomic layout manifests presents critical intellectual property vulnerabilities. We present the architecture for The Latent Foundry, a quantum semiconductor foundry model engineered for deterministic, zero-variance atom-by-atom manufacturing. The pipeline integrates four core pillars: (1) The Universal Latent Codec (ULC-Delta) for zero-knowledge, bit-exact cryptographic ingestion of client topologies; (2) A Unified Latent-State Memory Fabric (UL-SMF) and Generative Latent Reconstruction Protocol (GLRP) for real-time trajectory optimization of atomic lithography; (3) A Free-Space Holographic Beam Steering interface operating without fiber couplings for high-density sub-Kelvin optical I/O; and (4) A Universal Dielectric Barrier Discharge (U-DBD) plasma acoustic mirror to suppress thermal phonon scattering at room temperature (300K). This unified architecture provides a secure, industrial-scale roadmap for commercial qubit and qutrit production. Commercial Integration & Intellectual Property The architectures, multiphysics bounding conditions, and technical specifications detailed in this repository are the proprietary intellectual property of Lawrence Architectures. This pipeline is currently available for Tier-1 Commercial Licensing, Open Technical Evaluation (OTE), or Full-Stack IP Acquisition by qualified hyperscale infrastructure, semiconductor, and defense partners.
