التحـديـات الوظيفيـة للأشخـاص ذو الإعاقـات الفكريـة والنمائيـة في بيئـات العمـل Vocational Challenges for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Work Environments

Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة الكمية إلى التعرف على التحديات الوظيفية للأشخاص ذو الإعاقة الفكرية والنمائية من وجهة نظر معلميهم في بيئات العمل، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق في وجهات نظر المعلمين تبعاً للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (جنس المعلم/ة، جنس الطالب/ة، درجة الإعاقة، المؤهل التعليمي للطالب/ة، المستوى الاقتصادي لأسرة الشخص ذو الإعاقة). ومن خلال استخدام المنهج الكمي تم تطبيق أداة الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة والتي بلغ عددها (303) معلم ومعلمة لذوي الإعاقة الفكرية والنمائية في منطقة القصيم. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود تحديات وظيفية مرتفعة للأشخاص ذو الإعاقة الفكرية والنمائية في الأبعاد الثلاثة: الصعوبات المتعلقة بالفرد، والصعوبات المتعلقة بالمجتمع، والصعوبات المتعلقة بالأسرة، كما تمثل الارتباط الأعلى للأبعاد الثلاثة للتحديات الوظيفية لصالح التحديات المتعلقة بالمجتمع. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي في المستوى المرتفع من التحديات الوظيفية كان أكثر ارتباطاً بدرجة أعلى في صعوبات التوظيف المتعلقة بالفرد، والمجتمع، والأسرة وذا دلالة إحصائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من حيث الارتباط بين درجات التحديات الوظيفية الأعلى مع متغير جنس المشاركين وذلك لصالح المعلمات الإناث. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من حيث الارتباط بين درجات التحديات الوظيفية الأعلى وجنس الطالب، ودرجة إعاقته، والمؤهل العلمي لديه، والمستوى الاقتصادي لأسرته. This quantitative study aimed to identify the vocational challenges of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities from the perspective of their teachers in work environments. Also, the study aimed to identify differences in teachers’ perspectives according to demographic variables (gender of teacher, gender of student, degree of disability, educational qualification of the student, and economic level of the family of the person with disability). By a quantitative approach, the questionnaire tool was applied to the study sample, which numbered (303) male and female teachers with intellectual disabilities in the Qassim region. The results indicated that there are high vocational challenges for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in three dimensions: difficulties related to the individual, difficulties related to society, and difficulties related to the family. It also represented a higher association for the three dimensions of vocational challenges in favor of challenges related to society. The results of the study showed that the arithmetic mean in the high level of vocational challenges was more closely related to a higher degree in vocational difficulties related to the individual, society, and family and was statistically significant. The results of the current study showed that there are statistically significant differences in terms of the association between the higher degrees of vocational challenges and the gender variable of the participants, in favor of female teachers. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in terms of the association between the higher degrees of vocational challenges and the student’s gender, degree of disability, academic qualification, and economic level of his family.
