Boosting CO 2 hydrogenation to C 2+ hydrocarbons via phase modulation using a Ni-doped CuCo catalyst

Abstract: Ni modulates the phase composition of Cu–Co oxides, favoring active sites such as Cu 0 /Cu + and Co 2+ –Ov–Co 2+ . This strengthens CO2 adsorption and the formation of *CO and *CH x intermediates, promoting the formation of C 2+ hydrocarbons.
