Abstract: The evolution of educational technology (EdTech) has progressed from static digital resources to dynamic, immersiveenvironments that redefine the boundaries of the classroom. While Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) provideunparalleled spatial immersion and experiential learning, traditional implementations often lack the responsivenessand personalization required for diverse student needs. This paper presents an investigation into the synergisticintegration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Extended Reality (XR) frameworks to create "Intelligent ImmersiveEnvironments." Our proposed integration model leverages generative AI for real-time asset creation and adaptivelearning algorithms to modulate environmental complexity based on student cognitive load. Experimental resultsindicate that this combined approach leads to a 24% increase in student engagement, a 19% improvement in knowledgeretention for complex scientific concepts, and a 30% reduction in time-to-mastery compared to standard VR modules.By bridging the gap between physical interaction and intelligent data processing, this resea
