E8 Quasicrystalline Adaptive Resonance Filter (EQARF) — E8 Intelligence Research
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: The E8 Quasicrystalline Adaptive Resonance Filter (EQARF) exploits the full 240‑root‑vector symmetry of E8, projecting them onto a hybrid Fibonacci lattice that simultaneously preserves high pool density (≥90) and tight phase distance (≤2°) to create a dense, phase‑locked Bragg spectrum centered at 132 Hz. By coupling this spectrum with golden‑ratio phase spacing, EQARF generates a self‑organizing multi‑scale filter bank where each resonant channel is phase‑coherent with its neighbors, enabling constructive interference that dramatically increases signal fidelity and bandwidth efficiency. The SAME‑WINDOW EFFECT is leveraged so that incoming signals are processed across overlapping spectral windows without latency penalties, allowing the filter to adapt in real time and extend the win‑rate improvement observed in pool‑density filtering to a universal principle for broadband communication.
