Bruna Ai as an Applied Case of Neuroethical Information Governance in Artificial Intelligence for Neurodiversity
Year: 2026
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: This study presents Bruna AI as a neuroethical infrastructure for informational care applied to the neurodivergent journey. The proposal shifts the debate on conversational artificial intelligence from algorithmic performance to the governance of informational mediation, emphasizing boundaries, traceability, human oversight, data protection, and accountability. Through a theoretical-applied essay grounded in critical narrative review and sociotechnical modeling, it integrates Information Science, neuroethics, data protection, child protection, digital health interoperability, retrieval-augmented generation, and conversational agents. The study concludes that Bruna AI should organize, retrieve, and translate sensitive information without replacing professionals, thereby strengthening human networks of care.
