Abstract: :- To carry out the risk analysis the work is divided in two basic parts. In first part the model assessment validation is carried out using individual item reliability, internal consistency reliability, and discriminant validity and in the second part the risk analysis results and discussion carried out. The main objective of this research paper is to investigate whether rules and regulations and the other organizational external factors (economic, political, and technology factors) having the effect on construction risk management.
