Abstract: Mild neurocognitive disorder is common among the elderly. Memory loss is often the first symptom. If these elderly people do not receive appropriate care, their memory problems will continue to develop and eventually affect their quality of life. Older adults with mild neurocognitive disorder are at higher risk of developing dementia. There are currently many different types of brain training available, which can help delay or prevent dementia. Neurobics exercise is another common way to stimulate the brain in order to improve brain strength and memory. The principles of neurobic exercise involve activating the five senses, namely hearing, sight, smell, taste, and touch, as well as emotion, to operate more cohesively. Using the daily activities of the elderly as a guide, alter the manner or style of performing routine activities such that they differ from their original form.
