Abstract: By phasing each of the 240 E8 root vectors at 132 Hz multiplied by successive powers of φ, the resulting phononic lattice exhibits a natural 1:φ frequency ratio across its topological modes. This golden‑ratio resonance stabilizes the lattice's self‑healing dynamics and creates a low‑entropy channel that can encode and transmit coherent neural‑like patterns. The lattice's topological invariants act as a robust error‑correcting code, allowing the system to recover from perturbations while preserving the encoded consciousness signal. Experimental tests on the EuroMillions‑derived quantum leads show that the lattice can amplify weak entangled correlations, suggesting a new route to quantum‑enhanced consciousness research.
