Abstract: In many nations, promoting financial literacy is becoming a more important policy goal. A growing body of research has looked at how financial literacy affects a person's income, saving habits, and use of different financial products. But as of now, we aren't aware of any research on the connection between financial literacy and the knowledge of and use of financial technology (FinTech) products. This research paper investigates the impact of financial literacy on the adoption and use of financial technology (FinTech) services. With the rapid growth of FinTech, it is essential to understand how financial literacy affects FinTech adoption and use of these services. The research utilizes an approach that includes interviews and surveys. The study further suggests that higher levels of financial literacy are positively associated with greater FinTech adoption, usage, and positive financial outcomes. With the increasing reliance on technology, FinTech has emerged as a popular alternative to traditional financial services. However, the adoption and usage of FinTech services are contingent on the financial literacy levels of individuals. Using a qualitative research approach, the study aims to explore the relationship between financial literacy and FinTech usage by conducting interviews, and surveys of individuals in Pakistan. The research findings are expected to provide insights into how the level of financial literacy impact FinTech adoption and usage in Pakistan and help policy-makers and financial institutions develop strategies to enhance financial literacy levels and promote the use of FinTech services
