Abstract: This paper examines the digital transformation of supply chain management through technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, robotic process automation, and digital twins. It reviews their applications in supply chain visibility, demand forecasting, risk monitoring, route and inventory optimization, provenance verification, and disruption response. The discussion highlights both the operational benefits of digital technologies and the challenges of scalability, governance, data quality, and organizational adaptation. It also emphasizes that successful digital supply chains require technology investment to be combined with process redesign and appropriate human oversight.
