Secure Graph-Driven Communication Architectures for Energy-Harvesting 6G IoT Sensor Networks

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: It is anticipated that the development of the 6G-enabled Internet of Things (IoT) networks will facilitate the implementation of the massive sensor deployment in 1-ultra- dense patterns under strict security, energy saving, and fallacy demands. The traditional secure communication architectures cannot be used in such settings because of dynamic network topology, unreliable energy supply, and a larger attack space. In response to these issues, this paper offers a safe graph-based communication architecture of energy-harvesting 6G IoT sensor networks, in which the network interactions are represented as time-varying weighted graph, concurrently considering the energy dynamics, trust associations, and the quality of the links. The methodology proposed incorporates dynamic construction of graphs, energy sensitive secure routing and graph based trust management under a single framework. The lightweight optimization model is developed to help manage the security resilience, network lifetime, and communication latency subject to energy constraints. These findings are evidenced by extensive simulation results that the proposed architecture outperforms the traditional secure and energy-conscious communication IoT communication schemes considerably in terms of network lifetime, packet delivery ratio and attack resilience; as well as, the architecture incurs low computational and communication overhead. These findings demonstrate the viability of the graph-based intelligence as a more scalable and permanent approach to safe communication in the next generation 6G IoT sensors in the network.
