Abstract: This systematic literature review examines the impact of business operations management on organizational business performance in Indonesia during 2015-2025. From 37 peer-reviewed articles analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches, research findings demonstrate that business operations management, particularly supply chain management, quality management, and digital transformation, significantly influence organizational performance in Indonesia across operational, financial, and strategic dimensions. The study identifies competitive advantage, organizational innovation, and supply chain integration as strong mediating variables in the relationship between operations management practices and organizational performance. Additionally, the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics shows substantial positive impacts on operational efficiency. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms through which business operations management enhances organizational performance in the Indonesian and ASEAN context. Practical implications include recommendations for managers and policymakers to integrate sustainable operations management practices with digital technology investments to achieve long-term competitive advantage.
