PB1277 Precision and Reproducibility of New Automated Chemiluminescent Immunoassays (CLIA) for the Detection of Antiphospholipid IgM Antibodies

Year: 2026
Type: conference-abstract
Abstract: Two new, fully automated, CLIA assays (HemosIL CL Anti-Cardiolipin IgM [CL aCL IgM] and HemosIL CL Anti-β2 Glycoprotein-I IgM [CL aβ2GPl IgM) have been developed for the ACL TOP 970 CL. The ACL TOP 970 CL is the first and only automated system to include all Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) guideline recommended assays within single instrument. HemosIL CL aCL IgM and CL aβ2GPl IgM are intended to aid in the diagnosis of APS when used in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings. Precision and reproducibility for the new assays were established in a two-part study.
