Abstract: The study deals with negation (no) " la " , which negates the gender. It is an abrogated letterthat indicates negation. It enters the nominal sentence and negates the relation of the predicate tothe gender of its noun. The rule deals with the negation of all members of the same gender. Itacts as (that)"In" with it's conditions, acts as (not)" with it's conditions, and it is neglected if itdoes not fulfill the Conditions of its function in the first quarter of the Qur’an. This study aimsto explain what is included in the first quarter of the Holy Qur’an regarding no "la "which actsas " that " Inna " and no (la) which acts as (not ) "lysa", and the neglected no "la" and explainsits grammatical effect. The study follows the descriptive approach. Through this analysis, theresearcher reaches the following results: The negation ( no ) "la " that denies gender does thework of ( that ) "In"in the first quarter of the Holy Qur’an in all the evidence. The fewoccurrences of the no which denies gender was neglected when it appeared nine times in thefirst quarter of the Holy Qur’an. The most important thing that the study recommends is to inviteresearchers to do further study in the semantic of letters applying in the Holy Qur’an
