Abstract: This research aims to study the various aspects of the issue of Palestinianprisoners in Israeli prisons, focusing on how the occupation deals with prisonersthrough policies of detention and torture. The significance of the research lies in itsprovision of an in-depth academic understanding of the issue of Palestinianprisoners in Israeli prisons by examining the legal and humanitarian violations they face. It also helps in understanding the methods and means used by Palestinianprisoners to resist oppressive policies inside the prisons, and sheds light on humanrights violations, contributing to efforts to improve the humane treatment ofprisoners in Israeli prisons. The researcher adopted the descriptive analyticalmethod, which is the most suitable for studying the issue of prisoners in Israeliprisons. The study's findings show that Palestinian prisoners are subjected to severehuman rights violations, including physical and psychological torture. Furthermore,Israeli policies towards prisoners have led to a deterioration in their physical andmental health. The study recommends increasing international pressure to conductindependent investigations by human rights organizations to monitor the conditionsof Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons, and emphasizes the need to enhancesupport for human rights organizations that document violations within the prisonsand provide legal and psychological support to Palestinian prisoners.
