By analysing qualitative and quantitative data from diverse cultural contexts, we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of how stigma influences help-seeking behavior, treatment adherence, and overall mental health outcomes. The article concludes with recommendations for culturally sensitive interventions that can effectively reduce stigma and promote mental health awareness.
