Scientists' Views on Global Governments: A Personal Inquiry into the Quest for the "Perfect Human" Ruler
Year: 2026
Type: report
Abstract: Over the course of long-standing professional interactions with various researchers, I have occasionally sought—often discreetly—to gauge their opinions on the world's governments. The prevailing view is that none of the current regimes meet the minimum standards for implementing social justice; the difference lies merely in the degree of oppression and atrocity they commit. Indeed, this is precisely why most scientists tend to steer clear of politics. Admittedly, the financial demands of daily life and scientific research compel some scholars to work in the service of governments. Politicians and rulers are generally aware of this mindset among scientists and often harbor a degree of hostility toward them. Fundamentally, scientists believe that a ruler ought to be a "Perfect Human" (*Insan-e Kamil*). A Perfect Human is an individual who possesses vast knowledge, understands the needs of every single person, and has the capacity to administer social justice among people with diverse—and sometimes conflicting—needs. Such an individual has attained a level of wisdom that allows them to prioritize the collective good over the interests of themselves, their families, or their friends, and possesses a broader perspective than the average person. In essence, the Perfect Human is defined primarily by perfect reason and secondarily by superior knowledge. Religious scholars often identify Christ as the Perfect Human—though in Islam, both Christ and the Mahdi are recognized as such—whereas other thinkers believe that the Perfect Human will emerge only after significant biological, intellectual, and cognitive evolution in humanity. However, Nature—having addressed all the needs of living beings—could not possibly have overlooked humanity's need for the "Perfect Human," nor left this need unmet for so long. In the author's view, the Perfect Human was born long ago, and all governments are aware of his existence. Indeed, despite their differences, these governments share a common agenda: the elimination of the Perfect Human. This is because the Perfect Human is supported by a team of brilliant scientists (numbering perhaps 313) who are secretly paving the way for a global government of justice and curbing the oppression perpetrated by current rulers. Furthermore, the apparent contradictions regarding the Perfect Human's age can be fully resolved through the principles of physics.
