Abstract: We prove that finite-dimensional geodesic locally compact Alexandrov spaces with curvature bounded below (CBB), and in particular complete Riemannian manifolds with lower bounded sectional curvature, satisfy a Besicovitch covering theorem by showing that they are directionally limited in the sense of Federer.
