Abstract: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بالإمام العمراني (ت 558هـ)، أحد كبار أئمة الشافعية في عصره، الذي ألف كتابه المعروف "البيان"، الذي يُعدّ من أبرز مؤلفات الشافعية. كما يتناول البحث بعض المسائل الفقهية التي اشتمل عليها الكتاب مما ظهر فيها وجهان لدى الشافعية، مثل بيع الحاضر للباد وبيع تلقي الركبان، مع استعراض آراء الفقهاء والرأي الراجح. والله ولي التوفيق.
