Three Essays on Freedom: Markets, Aparactonomy, and Anarcho-Capitalism.

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: Three short essays examine obstacles to the realization and persistence of maximum freedom. The first shows that the internal logic of anarcho-capitalism contains no residual contradiction yet collides with feasibility because of human tendencies toward collectivism: once choice exists, individuals remain open to organizers who recruit support for concentrated authority. The second distinguishes eleuthagorist from archagorist markets and links greater regulatory density to vertical concentration of wealth and decision rights. The third compares anarcho-capitalism with aparactonomy, noting shared foundations while marking where the latter treats armed capacity, exit rights, and community self-ordering as constitutive starting conditions of a stateless nation.
