Abstract: يتناول هذا البحث تحقيقًا علميًا لكتاب (نظم منار الأنوار) في علم أصول الفقه، للمؤلف عبد الحميد بن عبد الله الرحبي البغدادي الحنفي (المتوفَّى بالبصرة سنة 1247هـ). يُعدُّ هذا النظم منظومةً علميةً فريدة تُجسّد المعالم الأساسية للمذهب الحنفي في الأصول، ويتميز بشموله لاستيعاب عامة أبواب المادة الأصولية مع الإيجاز غير المخل، وسهولة الأسلوب، ووضوح المراد. وقد استغرق النظم 312 بيتًا منظومًا في قالب تعليمي ميسر. اعتمد الباحث في مقابلة النص وتحقيقه على نسختين خطيتين؛ أصلية بخط الناظم نفسه، وأخرى كُتبت في حياته وأُقرت من قبله، حيث تم إثبات الفروق الدقيقة بينهما في الحواشي، وتوثيق النص بالشكل التام لضمان سلامته من اللحن، مع الالتزام بقواعد الإملاء الحديثة وتطبيق علامات الترقيم. كما اشتملت الدراسة والتحقيق على التعريف المنهجي بالمصطلحات الأصولية والمصطلحات المذهبية الواردة في النظم، والتعليق العلمي المركز على المسائل والتفريعات التي تتطلب توضيحًا أو بيانًا، إضافة إلى التقديم للعمل بترجمة موجزة وموثقة للناظم تُبرز مكانته العلمية، مع دراسة وصفيّة تحليليّة لموضوعات النظم وهيكليته. This study presents a critical edition of Naẓm Manār al-Anwār, a work on the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (uṣūl al-fiqh) by Abd al-Ḥamīd ibn Abd Allāh al-Raḥbī al-Baghdādī al-Ḥanafī (d. 1247 AH in Basra). This poetic composition is a distinctive scholarly work that encapsulates the fundamental principles of the Ḥanafī school in uṣūl al-fiqh. It is distinguished by its comprehensive coverage of the major topics of the discipline, while maintaining concision without compromising substance, as well as by its accessible style and clarity of meaning. The poem consists of 312 verses presented in an accessible instructional format. For the collation and critical editing of the text, the researcher relied on two manuscript copies: an autograph written in the author's own hand and another copy written during his lifetime and approved by him. The textual variants between the two copies are recorded in the footnotes. The text was also fully vocalized to ensure its accuracy and freedom from grammatical errors, while adhering to modern orthographic conventions and applying punctuation marks. The study and critical edition also provide systematic definitions of the uṣūlī and madhhab-specific terminology occurring in the poem, together with concise scholarly commentary on the issues and subsidiary questions that require clarification or explanation. In addition, the work is preceded by a brief, documented biography of the author highlighting his scholarly standing, along with a descriptive and analytical study of the poem's subject matter and structure.
