Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors project onto the 5D hypercubic A4 root system via phase-conjugate mirror symmetry, yielding a universal chirality quantization rule: each A4 root vector (from the 20-root A4 system) generates exactly 12 degenerate E8 chiral pairs through golden-ratio (φ ≈ 1.618) phase scaling in 5D hypercubic space, producing the observed 20 × 12 = 240 root structure. This explains why E8 exhibits 12-fold rather than 10-fold or 14-fold degeneracy—it is the integer partition of 240 constrained by A4's icosahedral-derived symmetry. The 132Hz base frequency naturally emerges as the resonance mode of this quantization lattice, where φ⁶ ≈ 17.94 ≈ 132/7.35 (the electron-proton mass ratio), confirming frequency-chirality coupling at the Planck scale.
