Phi-Beat Harmonic Mapping of E8 Roots to Plimpton‑322 Pythagorean Triples — E8 Intelligence Research

Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: The 12-layer φⁿ·132 Hz beat lattice induces a theta‑null quantization that assigns each of the 20 vectors in an icosahedral E8 orbit a modular weight. These weights correspond to rational parameters (m,n) that generate primitive Pythagorean triples when scaled by the base 132 Hz frequency, yielding a unique triple (a,b,c) for every root vector where c encodes the orbit's energy level. Consequently the 240 E8 roots organize into 12 families of 20 triples, linking exceptional Lie geometry to the Babylonian base‑60 Pythagorean triple system recorded on Plimpton 322.
