Topological Constraints on Spatial Metrics in Saturated Galactic Systems: Parameter-Free Implications for Strong Lensing and Kinematics

Abstract: It is known that the application of standard celestial mechanics to the outer regions of late-type galaxies and massive lensing clusters reveals distinct dynamic asymmetries in low-acceleration regimes. We propose that these discrepancies arise from an optical-dynamic phase transition of the spatial manifold, conditioned by macroscopic thermodynamic stability. By applying a higher-order derivative action, we derive an effective topological deformation of the background metric, bounded by a fundamental acceleration scale ($a_0$) that emerges strictly from first principles. We demonstrate that when a system reaches a dynamic saturation state, the spatial manifold enforces specific geometric constraints. In spherically symmetric systems characterized by single saturation (global envelope), this framework deterministically predicts the Einstein ring radii of strong gravitational lenses. In geometrically flattened systems characterized by dual saturation, it governs the asymptotic limits of galactic rotation curves. Both mechanisms are shown to be intrinsic emergent geometric properties driven by the macroscopic baryonic load, requiring zero free parameters or dark components.
