Mechanical Engineering of Ear Pressure and Cognitive Jamming: A Proactive Approach According to Sakr’s Theory of Behavioral Dynamics for Neural Pathway Protection
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: This research aims to present a proactive biomechanical and engineering framework for diagnosing and treating negative ear pressure and middle ear dysfunction (Ventral and Middle Ear Pathologies) based on "Sakr’s Theory of Behavioral Dynamics," aiming to end the clinical passivity of the traditional "wait-and-see" policy. The research transcends classical medical assessment methodologies that treat the ear as an isolated organ, proposing instead a mathematical model that links middle ear mechanics (Mass-Spring-Damper system) to neurocognitive deterioration in the brain, specifically targeting the "Arcuate Fasciculus." By conceptualizing the "Acoustic Jamming Index" (J_{ac}) and developing the "Dual Dynamic Assessment" (ABR-Tympanometry) protocol—supported by rigorous physical calibration and advanced myogenic artifact rejection—the research proves that hidden mechanical conductive obstacles (even in the absence of fluid) are active sources generating "random entropy." This entropy depletes auditory capacity and imposes high "neural voltage," leading to cognitive jamming and behavioral dispersion. The research provides a methodology for proactive, quantified mechanical and environmental intervention (cognitive engineering) that guarantees the protection of neuroplasticity and the brain's linguistic pathways before structural damage occurs.
