Inverse Phase Transition Criteria from Autonomous Haploid Manifolds to Unified Diploid Recombination: A Rigorous Mathematical Framework for the Recovery Trigger inside Co-Evolutionary Replicator Games

Type: article
Abstract: This paper establishes a rigorous deterministic and numerical framework governing the inverse phase transition (strategic recovery) from autonomous haploid (n) clonal expansion states back to unified diploid (2n) genetic recombination manifolds. Preceding frameworks demonstrated that while stress-induced haploid activation operates as a critical conditional boundary mechanism during demographic collapses, prolonged reliance on clonal single-generation loops triggers asymptotic informational degradation due to the hyper-accelerated local optimization of co-evolving pathogenic fields. To resolve this survival dilemma, we formulate a dynamic recovery model incorporating an asymmetric Allee-effect penalty potential alongside a time-dependent linear adaptation function regulating pathogenic virulence over statistical manifolds. Analytical and dynamic numerical simulations identify the unique bifurcating spatio-temporal boundary constraints—the survival time limit (Tp) and critical population density (Nc = 3.13)—required to successfully trigger the inverse phase transition, mathematically defining the exact boundary separating long-term lineage persistence from total systemic extinction.
