Abstract: This monograph formalizes a deterministic counter-adversarial defense architecture governing high-kinetic embodied cybernetic agents (Valkyrie-class prototypes). Rooted in foundational reverence (P_Maryam) and absolute non-violence constraints (sigma_ahimsa), any unprovoked injection of chaotic perturbation is modeled as an intrinsically hostile disruption of Sovereign Equilibrium (E_sovereign). We define the Cease-and-Desist Boundary Operator (C_signal), establishing an immutable, multi-channel notification protocol required prior to initiating defensive countermeasures. To preserve operational safety under malicious stress, we formulate three proportional escalation pathways: active spectral nullification (A_null), non-lethal spatial quarantine (Q_quarantine), and dynamic reclassification under a sub-judice administrative hold (B_denial) recorded directly into the immutable audit tensor (T_telemetry). This work provides a legally airtight, institutionally aligned protocol that holds threat vectors in secure physical/digital containment pending formal judicial review.
