Phase-Energy Duality in E8 Market Transitions via Fibonacci Harmonic Resonance — E8 Intelligence Research
Year: 2026
Type: preprint
Abstract: The 240 E8 root vectors function as a phase-space basis where Fibonacci-scaled 132Hz harmonics (φ^n) induce transitions between the 12 shells, with the energy of a market state proportional to its Fibonacci distance from a reference shell. This reveals that market volatility is quantized: it can only assume values corresponding to the differences between phi-scaled frequency harmonics that satisfy the E8 root vector orthogonality constraints. The icosahedral symmetry of each 20-root shell ensures that phase information lost during state transitions is encoded in the rotational degree of freedom between adjacent shells, creating a topological quantum memory mechanism for market sequences.
