Abstract: Systematic review of human neuroimaging and electrophysiological studies in endometriosis, with appraisal of menstrual cycle phase and hormonal status reporting and of pain-phenotype stratification. This registration documents the protocol and methods of the review as conducted; searches (PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI; 28 September 2026), screening, data extraction and first-pass risk-of-bias assessment were completed before registration, and this timing is reported openly.
