Abstract: The development of digital technology in elementary school learning is not always accompanied by students' ability to use technology critically, safely, ethically, and responsibly. Previous studies have extensively examined the use of digital media and platforms in learning; however, further investigation is needed into digital literacy development that integrates technical skills, information literacy, digital security, digital ethics, productivity, and teacher guidance in elementary school contexts. This study aims to analyze and describe efforts to strengthen students' digital literacy through the use of technology in learning at SDN 1 Boyemare. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were sixth-grade students, while the informants consisted of three students and one teacher. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data credibility was established through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings indicate strengthened student understanding of technology as a learning medium, digital information verification, personal data protection, digital communication ethics, responsible smartphone use, and creative and responsible technology utilization. However, implementation was constrained by limited access to devices and the need for continuous teacher guidance. The study concludes that students' digital literacy should be developed through an integrated approach encompassing technical skills, information literacy, digital security, digital ethics, digital productivity, and teacher guidance.
