Abstract: We formulate massless tree-level Compton scattering as an effective two-qubit operation on electron and photon helicities. In the Bell basis, the scattering map separates into two parity sectors and admits a simple quantum circuit representation with one nonunitary filter. After Kraus normalization, this filter defines an unsharp incomplete Bell measurement that distinguishes the two Bell-parity sectors but not the relative Bell label within each sector. We further show that the incomplete measurement alone does not surpass the classical teleportation threshold, whereas a subsequent complete Bell-basis readout enables unit conditional teleportation fidelity.
