Abstract: AvaHire is proposed as an AI-based recruitment system planned to promote a fast, efficient and effective recruitment process.It aims at helping recruiters through screening resumes and evaluating candidate skills relevant for the target position for which the candidate has applied.The AvaHire proposes a personalized AI interview based on the candidate's resume and target role.It provides a detailed analysis of the technical skills, communication skills of candidate after interview to HR.The system has an anti-cheating AI which monitors candidate activities like tab switching, multiple people detection and multiple-voice detection/voice-related anomalies.The main objective of this system is to reduce the manual work of the HR as well as enhance recruitment process by providing relevant and readable report to HR for decision making of candidates.
