Abstract: Between September 12 and October 14, 2026, a singular independent research initiative based in Iwakuni, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, authored, compiled, and permanently notarized 185 foundational research monographs, mathematical treatises, and engineering blueprints into the CERN Zenodo international open-access repository. Spanning seven developmental epochs across six core domains—(1) AI Governance, Statutory Fiduciary Liability, and Supervisory Interlocks [38 works]; (2) Quantum Computing, Thermodynamic Dissipation Limits, and Spintronics [34 works]; (3) Physical-Layer Security, Subsea/Space Communications, and Counter-Geopolitics [33 works]; (4) Financial Topology, Sovereign Debt Discontinuity, and Crypto-Asset Fragility [30 works]; (5) Biological System Integrity, Neuro-Cognition, Evolutionary Medicine, and Targeted Oncology DDS [27 works]; and (6) Epistemic History, Political Sociology, and the Human-in-Command Invariant [23 works]—this master index establishes the complete structural taxonomy and persistent DOI register uniting all 185 works under the Strict No-Learn Covenant (`NLL-v1.0-2026`).
